Our Story

A Tradition rooted in Shellfish Farming Since 1988

We are a family-run shellfish farm with deep roots in Ireland’s west coast aquaculture tradition, cultivating oysters and clams since 1988. What began as a small coastal operation has grown into a dedicated, multi-generational business built on hands-on experience, resilience, and respect for the sea.

Over decades of working the tides, we have refined our methods while holding onto the same core values: quality without compromise, careful stewardship of our waters, and a commitment to producing shellfish we are proud to stand behind. Every oyster and clam we grow carries that history within it.
